We checked in around 8pm and the lady behind the desk was great, real life sweet heart who can multitask and still have excellent customer service skills. There were 3-4 calls coming in and she didn’t even flinch telling them she’s helping a customer check me and tell them to hold on a moment, but in the most respectful way possible.
The inn is not glamorous by any means, but it was very clean and got the job done. I was suppose to go camping up the street (first come first serve) and apparently we did not come first for any of the camping spots, so this inn kept me and my girlfriend from sleeping in the car. Wouldn’t be the end of the world, but this was her first time seeing Yosemite and I wanted her to get a good nights rest and this place fit the bill.
Wish it had better blankets to go over the sheets, but I understand why the have those ones.

The hotel was a gem. The hotel staff was wonderful and recommended a great restaurant. The room was clean and very comfortable. It was the best night of sleep I had my entire trip. The mini-split air conditioner was fantastic, quiet, and kept the room cool all night long.

Our room was large and modern, with a big bathroom and a balcony.
The staff are super helpful and welcoming. The swimming
pool is clean and a good size, with pool towels provided.
The breakfast is basically but pretty good considering it's included in the room rate. Using less disposable plates and cups would be good.

Big and clean room. Bathroom nice and clean as well. Netflix on TV for our kids was a plus for bed time. Pool was clean and provided with towels. Breakfast was decent.

Room appeared recently remodeled. It was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was basic, but fresh waffles are always welcome. The lady at the desk was wonderful and helped us out with the extras we needed.
The dated look of the outside gave us bad vibes, but we were pleasantly surprised once we got into the room. The peephole was covered by the door number sign.

Good price-to-performance for the location, which is near Yosemite for a day trip, as well as Mariposa itself being a fun city. Loved the breakfast (with waffles). Rooms were clean. Nice and friendly staff.
The bathroom area in our room was definitely in need of a renovation.

The comfort of the bed, the size of the room. I only stayed for one night and left early in the morning. It was only one hour drive to Yosemite park, so it had a great location. The staff was friendly while checking in. It's a short walk into town that offers a great sunset atmosphere.
The walls were thin, for example I heard the tv from another room. What was loud during the night was the sound of refilling of water tanks for a toilet (I assume), that woke me up and was a surprise. I think that it was a bit expensive, but I also booked one day before and paid around $ 200, I don't know if that is standard but compared to other motels that are close to Yosemite park, it was the cheapest.
