Service was great. Because of them, I will return. It was the night service and the breakfast staff.
The carpet smell humid. Seem the entire 7 floor needs a new paint job and deep clean.

La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, queda muy cerca del aeropuerto, y queda cerca de varios restaurantes y el SoFi Stadium. Las camas de las habitaciones son muy cómodas, y el staff es muy amigable, muy amable y colaborativo. Aunque está cerca del aeropuerto los aviones no se escuchan, dormimos muy cómodos. Además quedaba muy cerca del complejo de alquiler de autos por lo que nos facilitó mucho la entrega de nuestro auto alquilado.
Costos excesivos en parqueo (mas de $70) y además cobran el wifi. Siento exagerado que cobren por servicios que otros hoteles lo incluyen, especialmente por el precio que cuesta la noche en el hotel, que es mas de $500.
Adicionalmente, nosotros ibamos a un concierto en el SoFi y vimos que el hotel estaba brindando un servicio de shuttle para ir a dejar y traer personas al estadio y cobraba $75 aproximadamente por persona, lo cual me parece excesivo considerando la cantidad de personas que iban en los shuttle y la cercanía del estadio.
Mi percepción es que el hotel tiene cobros excesivos.
El personal fue 10 de 10, fue personal muy amable, mi problema es más que todo con el hotel.

I wish the hotel would have provided bottled water for free in each room. I stayed at the Moxy in LA in 2025 and they gave each room 5 bottles of water every day. When you first arrive, you are dying of thirst and having free bottled water in the room or provided at checkin would be a pleasant surprise. Also, the shower is a little weird, but no markdowns for that. The water issue is the only reason I didn't give a full smiley face.

It was clean & they had a shuttle that took us to the concert. They let us check in early and check out late. Staff was friendly and helpful.

When it finally arrived, the driver couldn’t be bothered to get out of her seat to put our bags in the bag in the back, so I had to struggle up the steps with it and ask her to give me a hand. “Hi. Can you give me a hand?” Her response was “ at least you said hi, that’s better than your husband or whatever he is did.”
Slowest shuttle service at the airport. Watched 4-5 shuttles for every other airport hotel come and go. Rude unhelpful driver.

Very upscale vibe without a huge sticker price. SO close to the airport it was amazingly convenient, especially for dropping off our rental car!
