This hotel is a disaster. It is so untidy, extremely rude front desk. AC vents were filthy, and upon complaining no one took any action. I will never stay in this place again.

The hotel and staff were great, the extra charges doubling my ONE night rate, makes me very unhappy.
I booked the room for about half of what I was charged. I am very unhappy about that.

The history and location of the Bonaventure.
Hotel staff borders on rude. I called to ask about concierge service and the clerk rudely told me it's discontinued and hung up on me. My son had to switch his room. It didn't have a double bed. The towels were stained and the bed was lumpy. Disappointed!

The room size slight small but the quality and condition is very good. The location is in Downtown so there are some buildings that I can access easily but far from holliwood, getty museum.
