I loved the location very convenient! Loved the asthetic of the waiting area as well. I loved how when we were out the great maid service cleaned our room
I loved everything about the property except the speaker in the room kept shutting off each time music would be playing that was the only irritating part especially because I wanted to listen to music while getting ready. I also wish they had a bar as well

The drain for the tub would not seal. It was a major factor for me staying there so it was kinda disappointing. But everything else was great

We were visiting USC so this was a convenient location for us. Otherwise, if we were just visiting LA as tourists, we would never choose to stay downtown because of the problem with many homeless people on the streets. It had a nice lobby and bar area, Restaurant and outdoor terrace.We had a very large corner room on a high floor with extensive view of the city.
The bedroom looks like an office conversion. The bathroom, although large, dod not have enough towel rails and the room decor and furnishing was very spartan and soulless.
