What caught my attention is the beautiful ambience and environment from the moment one enters the lobby you can feel the warmth and energy. Moreover, I am Grateful how the overall hygiene of the hotel was presented.
It would have been nice to be able to have bidet in the toilet as not all cultures are the same and some of us having such an option is vital.

Modern style and luxury
Small things like the bathtub stopper didn't work and made some noise, I had to request maintenance and they were literally planning to replace the stopper. Iron didn't work. The room's size was uneven, some bigger some smaller, I got smaller my family member got bigger (same price). I had street noise and commercial lights. I had to ask to move to another room and was moved. Overall, I had higher expectations and impeccable amenities.

I feel like I was racially profiled at this location I had a booking had a issue couldn’t check in on time the lady who helped me was very nice until I came back in the morning and they told me they were full even though I had a reservation
