I stayed in different parts of the world in various hotels, but firts time I saw that before two days of the check up, the front desk locked my entrance card in order not to enter to the room and looked for the payment for destination fees although my room costs were prepaid.

The hotel is very clean and rooms are pretty wide. Beds are comfortable and the location is close to everything.
The property doesn’t have a pool. For the price I say the amenities are lacking.

The staff at the Sheraton went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional hotel employee upgraded my room without me asking. The bellmen were gracious and explained the elevator system. restaurant staff
My room included breakfast ; however I was given an abbreviated menu that did not include waffles, pancakes or frittatas, and only offered orange juice. I feel that this is unfair. Offfer the full breakfast menu.

Close to stores and restaurants. Can walk to Target, chick fil-a etc
They sent security to my room due to a “high balance” when I went to the front desk they didn’t know what was going on. He then checked and said it was for parking and I had to pay $94 dollars since I’m staying an “extra night” although I booked 3 nights not two so I’m not sure why they wouldn’t just charge me the full amount when I checked in. It was so embarrassing that security had to come for $94 dollars they said they tried reaching me they never called my phone. It honestly ruined my trip especially since check was also complicated. The hotel was nice and clean but I felt like I couldn’t relax after that.

Additional Charges / Fees at checkout is a disappointing surprise. Would have appreciated some information while checking in at the hotel. Lack of value for money, especially with great hotels in Downtown LA. The lobby is great but the rooms fell below our expectation.

The location was incredible. It’s located across the street from the metro station which made it so convenient to get around without a car.

Very little..although the restaurant was quite good for dinner.
It seemed everything was done on the cheap…from the 2 ply toilet paper to the plastic clear cups in the bathroom.We purchased breakfasts to be included but in was not a buffet as so choice was severely limited.The area was very ordinary.

Staff was extremely nice, rooms were clean, comfortable and large. Beds were especially comfortable, which is a must. Location to BMO stadium was perfect for our concert. We had breakfast vouchers and really enjoyed that it was not a buffet but a menu selection. Great location, great staff, wonderful accommodations. I never write reviews so this says a lot.
