The hotel and the room looks very nice. Very clean, great amenities. Great cocktail bar.
I was under impression that self-service parking is free of charge. When I was charged 70 bucks a night, it was unexpected.

Breakfast was excellent. Everything a little pricier than I am used to pay, but it is LA and the food was very good. The waffles and bacon especially were just like my mom made them. Could use a wider selection on the menu though. The staff also very professional and attentive. Will definitely come back. Thanks!
The menu could have more variety. Would have loved a made to order omelette for instance.

The valet charges are exorbitant. $69 for Valet and $65 for self park which is crazy! I did find this unpleasant

Such a charming Boutique style hotel, not to massive and still it felt good. We loved the artsy and elegence of it all. We LOVED the decor and the cleanliness was excellent! My husband and I both agreed that we'd definatly stay here again!
The parking costs are ridiculous, that should be a lot less no more than $50 it taps into what were able to do while vacationing.

Staff was courteous and welcoming! The room was wonderful and had nice features such as brightly lit mirrors and comfy sheets. There was no issues during my stay and was pleasantly surprised by my room.

Clean, location
Noise from the street from cars, loud AC, thin doors and you hear every sound from the hallway. The front desk staff had poor communication on how and when we can change rooms and ended up not being able to change our room due to some "policy reasons" despite still room availability, showing this hotel does not care about customer experience much.

The ambiance, love the Burton theme.
It was a little too cold for our liking even though we turned the heater on. Thicker warm blankets would help greatly!

Location for my out-of-town doctor
The request for a late check-out was communicated very negatively. It was stated that 12 noon was the latest possible time, without asking about any preferred timings. It's difficult to coordinate flights and doctors' schedules.
