I loved that there was gated parking in a parking garage. It was quite narrow if another car was coming down, but there were no issues. Staff was amazing, and they sent a robot to the room to bring things I requested. There was a gym on site, which was pretty decent. It was in a good location as well. I like the fact that the hotel was lenient on having food delivered to the room from Uber Eats as some hotels are strict with that, and you have to go down to the lobby to get it. The bed was very comfortable and the sofa bed was as well. There was no city view from where we were, but I love that there were big windows. I really love that there was a microwave in the room, I wish hotels would do this as a standard. I would stay again!
I didn't like that the wifi was not working properly. I think it was due to the tv being such an old smart tv it wouldn't stream the apps on the tv. I didn't like that the room had a sign that read to call down to the lobby to request an ice container only to be told by the front desk they do not provide any ice containers for the rooms. They did provide ice, but it was kept in a bag and we had to stuff it into the fridge.

They lied to me about laundry I asked them about laundry bill they didn’t tell me and deducted from credit card 333 dollar however in other laundry in that area would cost nothing more than 150 dollars it’s unfair and cheating
