The room and the view
They attempted to rip me off 529.00 dollars claiming I ate 250.00 dollars of merch at the restaurant with the shiti3ss menu in the western hemisphere I ended up doing Uber eats and thank GAWD it was an Olive garden nearby I can barely finish a child's cheeseburger at Wendy's and when people especially black people see a black person of wealth and status they will do everything to rip you off that happened to me at this hotel and the frigging elevators malfunctioned

The shuttle was a plus, The hotel staff and desk were Awesome. Hotel employee was great.
My rooms air conditioner er was not working properly but the had the maintenance young man came right up and took care of it.

Rental cars are inside the hotel. It was a bonus not to go anywhere else. Also shuttle to airport goes every 10-15 minutes.

Wonderful
Less traffic noise than hotels on World Way. Soundproof windows blocked most aircraft noise. Room were spacious and clean. Shuttles depart and arrive frequently.
There was an active road construction until ~12

The hotel was nice!
I was DOUBLE CHARGED for 1 room? I told him at check in I already paid by phone! He had me pay again from my checking account because that was all I had! Which was my house payment money.And left me with a financial hardship because I was unable to make my house payment on time because I had to wait a few days to get the money back into my checking account. So not a good life experience.

The shuttle was a lot better than the Hilton.
They forgot one day to make up the room. They did not maintain the bodywash in the room, it took over a day to get this corrected. The carpet was very dirty. I had to was my feet after walking barefoot in the room.

Easy access to the hotel from the airport. Nice parking but expensive
No coffee cups in the room. Only one packet to make coffee. No coffee available in the lobby for early departures.
