The shuttle was a lot better than the Hilton.
They forgot one day to make up the room. They did not maintain the bodywash in the room, it took over a day to get this corrected. The carpet was very dirty. I had to was my feet after walking barefoot in the room.

Easy access to the hotel from the airport. Nice parking but expensive

The location and atmosphere were great.
Staff did not let me know there would be an incidental fee applied at check-in nor was that listed on this site. That is why I chose this hotel, because I was only staying for a few hours and didn’t think that would be a thing.

The stay was very convenient due to its close proximity to the airport, which made everything much easier for us after our flight was canceled. We ended up staying for two days, and the experience was smooth and comfortable the entire time. The airport shuttle service was excellent—reliable, quick, and made transportation to and from the airport completely stress-free. Another big advantage was the location; it was also very close to SoFi Stadium, so we were able to easily get an Uber from the hotel and spend our extra time exploring the area. Overall, the convenience of the location and transportation options really made the unexpected extra stay enjoyable and hassle-free.
The main thing we didn’t like was the stress and inconvenience caused by our flight being canceled, which is what led to us needing a last-minute two-night stay. While this wasn’t the hotel’s fault, it did create an unexpected situation that we had to adjust to quickly. At times, it felt a bit hectic dealing with rebooking plans and changing our travel schedule on short notice.
Other than that, there wasn’t much to complain about regarding the property itself. The hotel actually made things easier once we arrived, especially with the reliable shuttle service and convenient location, which helped reduce some of the stress from the travel disruption.

Beds were comfortable. Staff was lovely. The GM actually helped us bring our bags to our rooms as she saw we were struggling.

It was beautiul, it had a shuttle, a bar and food that was delicious. Refrigerator, and pool. It is 10 minutes from LAX
There is a need for outlets in the bathroom. I have never seen a bathroom without a blow dyer, and if there was it would be in the bathroom to use because there were no mirrors in the room. Most people blow dry their hair in the bathroom.

Location, lobby decor, restaurant and the staff was friendly
room was mid at best. There was a walk in shower advertised and we were giving a room with an outdated bathtub that had hair in it. The bathroom was dirty upon arrival, some of the items were broiling such as the ironing board.
