The motel is close to BLS Visa Application Center, about 10 min bus or 20 min walk. The room was big and clean, and there are McDonald, Starbucks, and Target nearby. It's very convenient.
The air conditioner is somewhat noisy.

It was very spacious and the bed was decently comfortable.
Leaky shower. Old decor. Something smeared on the wall. I know it was a smoking room but it smelled like someone had just finished smoking. Not well ventilated or any scents/attempts to mask the smell. Attendant seemed bothered to help. Too expensive for the accommodations.

Nice big room that was surprisingly very clean, AC worked very well, and the room was very bright and quiet. Pretty decent place in the area for the price since I was trying to be 15-20min away from West Hollywood
I personally had a bad experience involving late check-out due to an emergency. Unfortunately, I required late check-out since their policy is 10:30am and I was already an hour late. The clerk stated that late check-out can only be cash which made things even more complicated. On top of that, management does not provide an ATM essentially delaying payment for the hours past check-out and it is $25 per hour. The clerk was so nice to accommodate my late check-out but I felt so rushed to get all situated. Parking is not the best too but there is street parking if you are okay risking your vehicle overnight in the area. Overall, would probably only stay again if it was in a pinch but I may just look else where for the area and pay a little more to get a better stay.

I loved the back patios wish it had patio furniture. The stairs were rough because we are disabled but luckily not over packed because the parking was horrible but the staff was amazing and saved a handicap parking for us so that was awesome
The stairs were unexpected with no elevator and the parking was pretty bad because of the Chinese restaurant attached to the building

Location.
They only have 10 parking spaces so I had to street park.
The electric plug in bathroom is only 1 ft from a spraying water source. It’s pretty dangerous.

Disappointing
was able to check in late at niight
there was definite racism and profiling going on,. As i was leaving, there was a white family behind me leaving at the same time. They were obviously foreign. As i gave my key to check out, the man said he would have to go upstairs to check the room and then would come back. I said ok no problem.
I moved to the side so the white family could give their key to return and they just left without having to wait for the gentlemen to go check their room. I thought perhaps he would go do both at the same time, but since it was a cash deposit he would have to give it them in person.
After they gave their key, they went to their car and went to pack up and soon after left before the guy working could come back to give me my deposit. When he came back, i asked him is it a $50 cash deposit for everyone? he said yes. I asked then why didn't the foreign people get their deposit back? He said he already gave it to them which is impossible cause they had driven away at this point. My friend who had heard what the guy behind the counter was doing, managed to ask the family if they had even paid a deposit when they were there and my friend said they did not pay a deposit .
When i confronted the man he tried to give me some excuse about he sent them the money already and when i told him i was a lawyer i realized everything they just did, he turn white as a ghost.
This place is racist and the staff is completely prejudice and discriminate against anyone they deem appropiate. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! also, the room was less than clean when checked in.
