I appreciated how welcoming the woman at the front desk was on the day of my checkout! The check in/check out was so quick and easy which I appreciated!!
I also appreciated that when the parking lot was full, the attendant that I flagged down made sure to walk over and find me a spot! I also loved the general location of the hotel and that it was walking distance from a lot of great restaurants!
The lobby was so gorgeous and relaxing! I wish I had more time to spend there!
I loved that the cleaning team restocked water bottles! As someone traveling, it was soo helpful to have a fresh bottle of water to start the day without having to stop by the store!
LOOVE that the room had Loccitane products for the shower!
The overall service and travel was seamless and great!!
The room itself had a slight odor. It's hard to describe but like a room that's been run down a bit/the smell of old clothing (is the best way I can describe it)! The AC was very noisy so I had to turn it off at night in order to sleep.
I noticed bundles of hair in the bed which made me think it might not have been cleaned properly upon arrival. However, on my second day, the room was spotless after the cleaners came in and redid the room!
I was surprised that there was no conditioner, only shampoo and body soap! I had to run to the store to buy it! I wish the specific amenities were posted somewhere so I could've known to bring my own!!
I also really wish there was a quick access phone number written by the phone that shows how to call the front desk or housekeeping. I could not figure out how to call to ask for extra towels lol.
I really wish there was a full body mirror! I think this might be the first hotel I have been to that doesn't have a larger mirror by the entrance!!

Ventilation of the hotel. Hallways were super muggy and hot. Elevator dirty and stunk. Vent in rooms not cleaned out so -

the staffs are so friendly. my room's AC and Fridge are not cold enough and I request to check. then they figured out there was a technical problem. Then they helped to change the another working room, thanks.

I enjoyed my stay here and will stay here whenever I'm LA. The room was large and clean. The bed was comfy, and the shower had a lot of pressure. You get a free self parking spot with your room and the hotel is very centrally located. With the AC on in the room, I could not hear other guests or traffic on 8th.
The desk light in my room didn't work, but there was plenty of other lighting available, so no problem. There was a stain on the carpet but frankly, I neither sit not sleep on the carpet and therefore didn't mind. The hotel is a bit dated but fantastic bang for your buck. Highly recommended.

Wonderful
I always enjoy staying at this hotel and I pick here whenever I come to LA. They are great about early checkin and the place is quiet and clean. Plus it's within walking distance to the venues I travel to, plenty of great food and the public transit is right down the street. Staff is helpful but never overbearing and I really enjoy just being able to stay in a convenient location and doing my own thing- this hotel is perfect for that.

Friendly service, great location. Our room was big for the price. Decor was fine. Bed was comfortable. TV worked. Shower was fine. Strong air conditioning. Loved the cafe on the second floor! Korean and Western food options with an extensive menu and very friendly service. Great new Korean supermarket just across the street, with a coffee/bakery place as well. We were glad the room had a refrigerator. Free guest parking!!!
Our internet went out halfway through our stay and never came back up. That might have been a citywide thing, I don't know. There weren't a lot of cups for coffee and drinking water, and not enough coffee creamer for the 2 people in our room.

Hot water in shower and big car park area.
Old hotel, everything was bad condition, very bad smell in hotel, coridor and room. The hotel was dirty and not a good location.

Beds were comfortable, room was good size for a family!! You can pay your deposit cash and free parking was a plus.
It wasn’t horrible but I wouldn’t book here again. The pictures are kind of deceiving the place needs a major remodel. The elevators are very dirty, the room had stains on the carpet and the shower still had soap residue from the last person, no microwave. Staff was friendly. The area around isn’t pleasant. No where to walk to, to have a family dinner or anything. Didn’t like the area.

Fabulous staff. We were given a beautiful room. However, because of my own sensitive ears, I requested a quieter alternative. The staff was courteous and extremely helpful in profiding an another room to meet my needs.
We have stayed here previously. The hotel's staff and facilities are consistantly superior.
