The hotel is in a relatively quiet and safe area. It’s also convenient for getting around.
There were many groups of guests from within the U.S., and they were noisy from early in the morning. Some guests were inconsiderate. I asked the front desk to address the noise, but nothing changed.
Online check-out was convenient, but the deposit I paid at check-in has not yet been returned. I have emailed the hotel about this but have not received a reply yet.

Clean room, decent club lounge with few food options
Valet parking was awful. I was asking them to charge my car for almost 7 hours. I checked in at 1720, they told me car will be charged. I reminded front desk staff noticing charge didn't start on my app. Only at 1030 pm I was explained I need to wait my turn. . Last conversation with valet was at 1215 in the morning. As you can imagine all I had to do is talking to valet parking staff(sarcastic tone) not rest or at least dining... horrible experience

Location was great. Clean, really well maintained and a high quality hotel.
They erroneously charged by credit card for an amount after I left and it took several attempts to get this resolved where ultimately they agreed that it was their fault and nothing to do with us.
