Very pleasant modern interior decor. And the lounge on the upper floor with gratis breakfast and evening snacks and free bar is a nice bonus. The location, next to a major theater, opera hall and museum district, was the key feature for us. Union Station Amtrak is close by, and not far are other attractive hotels with dining, and areas like Little Tokyo and Old LA.

What I liked the most was the hotel’s central location. It made it very convenient to get around. The customer service was also excellent.
My only complaint about my stay was that dogs were allowed inside the hotel. I didn’t really like that, or at the very least, I wish I had been informed in advance that the hotel was pet-friendly.
