Wonderful
The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The restroom had a Japanese bidet. The location was near the LA Union Station (about a 15 min walk), and located in Little Tokyo.

Everything was provided for a comfortable stay. The Japanese toilets were amazing. I wished we had gotten the breakfast buffet which was a great value and looked delicious. The coffee shop downstairs was also very good. Try the banana macha latte.
All was good.

Exceptional
It was next to the Metro and Little Tokyo. The beds were so comfy, I got my best sleep. The toilet had a bidet. Best coffee I’ve had was across the street (pic below)
Wasn’t a big deal but there was only one working elevator. There was a refrigerator, but no microwave

Everything went well... good and happy beyond expectation. Facility is modern, clean, and wonderful. Personal service and attention was patient, kind, and generous. Location was good in all ways.
I did not dislike anything. This is a 5-star operation. Would recommend and/or return anytime!

Clean and good location in little Tokyo.
Lined the bidet toilet in the bathroom and nice and quiet room.
Neighborhood around is a bit seedy.
Also was hoping to do early check in but they were not able to accommodate us.
