Clean and spacious with great toiletries. The staff was helpful with luggage and the coffee shop/bakery is wonderful.

I honestly adore this place. I've stayed here several times over the years and hadn't been back in a while. It was just as great as I remembered. Comfy, quiet, great location, killer cafe in the lobby and really lovely staff. I also like this part of town, so it was nice to be in walking distance to so many places I wanted to go. I was super impressed with the metro station a couple blocks away, which got me a lot more places than I thought it would.
Really not a big deal, but there isn't a designated place outside the hotel to smoke cigarettes. I found myself just awkwardly standing off to the side out front on the sidewalk. Got to know the security people tho :)
