Shuttle to the airport
The lady at the reception was very rude. Upon complaining about multiple hairs in the bathtub she didn’t even apologise, only mentioned she’ll inform the house keeping and someone will attend to clean it. No one came from the housekeeping after 3 phone calls and it was expected of me to remove the hair!! Absolutely appalling service by staff. On top the noise of people constantly walking on the corridor was loud as if there wasn’t any sound proofing for the room.
I only stayed for the airport shuttle but there are other better hotels with shuttle facilities which I’ll be booking in my next trip.

Wonderful location loved the pool and spa loved that it had music. Comfortable bed
No one told us at 11 am we would get locked out and the keys where deactivated and we where out of room and got locked out with all of our stuff in the room. Had to go down and get another key
Wasn’t told we needed the key to get out of parking before we checked out so my boyfriend got stuck in the lane to get out and he had to call someone to come help because we didn’t have the key

I liked how safe it felt, very beautiful lobby.
I didn’t like how when they were cleaning our rooms, they didn’t clean it properly. No new towels and didn’t take out the trash.

Marriott staff informed me two days before arriving that the hotel would not have running water between 11;00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

Pleasant
Comfortable bed, good location close to the airport with complimentary shuttle service. The room was spacious on the first night. However, I had also rebooked this same room on my way back home, and the room was way smaller. The bathroom was literally half the size.
The pool area was probably the highlight.
The balcony was pretty dirty. I know that’s probably not part of the housekeepers job, but someone should probably sweep it…? Also I found it to be quite noisy. As theres co-joining rooms, I could literally hear word for word the person talking in the room next door.
The balcony door also didn’t shut properly (and therefore lock either) so I had to go back down to reception and request another room.
Overall I think the star rating system for hotels is outdated and irrelevant. This hotel is 4 stars because it meets the criteria for other services like having a business center, valet parking, laundry services etc, but if you actually want a nice room and don’t care about those other “amenities” it’s better to search by user rating. In terms of the actual rooms and hotel itself, I would say it’s more like a 3 star hotel.

Room was surprisingly quiet given close proximity to airport. Comfortable bed, very clean room. Hotel shuttle bus drivers very helpful with baggage.
Room window looked out onto a wall. For access to free WiFi was required to sign up with hotel loyalty program.

I liked the staff and loved the beds

It’s loud and the pool was closed for a day so the hotel could host a wedding

Couldn’t speak to a human when dealing so the reservations and questions
Lots of it was automated which is ridiculous when you’re trying to book a room or get questions answered
