there was no cleaning service during my 3-days. there was no hand soap and not enough towels, additionally the dog park was dirty.

I liked that you can stay on the top floor and it’s quieter. I like that the floor floors and some of the rooms are not vinyl plank. Precious was very helpful.
Smells horrible. Black mold under the sink, black mold in the washing machine. The HVAC system has issues and just pumped out dust the whole time I’ve stayed here and my eyes are glued shut and I can’t breathe. The hallway smell disgusting. The AC in my room didn’t work for the first three days during a heat wave.

Precious was very helpful. I like that some floors are so tall from the ground that it’s quiet.
Do not stay if you use a wheelchair they will not allow you to park with clearance in the disability spot. They only park luxury vehicles there. The rooms are really disgusting caked in dirt and they do not clean their HVAC system. The rooms do not have toilet brush, cleaners or basic cleaning supplies needed. The patios have never been cleaned. The HVAC system it just pumps dust out. Black mold, and the sinks and tons of black mold in the washing machines. Felt very ill while staying here. The smells in the hallways are terrible and the nighttime manager. Emmi is very cruel. The rest of the staff are lovely though and tried to help

Great location, beds comfortable and clean, bathroom as well. provided sheets and towels comfortable and really clean. Pool well tempered, Sauna and steam bath looked clean too employees always ready to help out
Sadly floor was quiet dirty, kitchen appliances had a sticky surface

The suites are wonderful with nice views. I stayed in a two bedroom and it was comfortable.
When I got there there was lintel tape with hair on the kitchen counter. There was no coffee machine, knives and very few cutlery. The garbage disposal had to be repaired as well as the dishwasher. Also I had half of a shower curtain in one bathroom and no handsoap. Also, there were no brooms or mops to for the upkeep. I stayed 9 days. For those nine days I had no phone to call downstairs for anything. I had to go down every time I needed something. This was my second stay.
