Clean, staffs are wonderful.
Bathroom design is very odd, messy water spill everywhere after shower. Location is convenient but do not feel safe walking around. No parking, only option is valet and expensive

All of the front desk staff were great in suggesting different eateries and places of interest. They were helpful in locating specific sites I wanted to see while in LA. It was a great location, so I was close to the touristy places I wanted to visit. Easy pickup/drop off location for Lyft and Uber. The pool was heated for early morning swimming. Cafe downstairs was wonderful! Plus, I could cast my shows to the TV using from different platforms. Loved the extra comfort in the king room with the view of the Hollywood sign.
Kitchen closes early for a Saturday night, so you'll have to contend with room service options. Shower head was a little weak with the water pressure.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing and incredibly delicious. The room was very modern and the bed was comfortable.
The water in the room should be complementary at this price range.. And it wasn’t which is extremely disappointing and unheard of in any other nice hotel

Room was conforotable and clean.
Has to request a blowdryer and a kettle. unfortunately when we left the hotel on Sunday we did not realize that we had also left behind a box containing a brand new pair of men’s shoes. We reached out to the hotel, was told to call back the next day. We called back and was told they were going to call us back with an answer. They never called us back we had to them again. The item "was not found" and we are 100% certain it was left in the room. We were told to send an email, which we did. Now 2 days have gone by and we have not received any comments or an anwer to our email. In oir opinion that is not good costumer service. I hope they do reach out at some point.
