We would like to thank the housekeeping team for the orderliness and cleanliness of the hotel. However, we were not satisfied with the overall operation and management of the property.
First of all, the central air conditioning vents in the room have accumulated so much dust that it is not only visible but has reached a level that may pose a health risk. Dust particles were coming out of the vents into the room. In addition, the carpet and its color scheme do not make guests feel that they are staying in a clean room. We believe the carpets should be replaced during renovation and upgraded to parquet or other hard flooring surfaces. We were also disappointed by the bedding arrangement. We could not determine whether this was due to a lack of proper duvet covers or simply a matter of convenience, but it appeared that two sheets had been wrapped around a blanket. This was uncomfortable both from a usability and hygiene perspective. In a hotel of this category, we would have expected a more modern and professional bedding setup. Regarding breakfast, we paid an additional fee during the reservation process because the room was advertised as including breakfast. Upon arrival, however, we were informed that breakfast operated on an à la carte basis, that guests received a USD 15 credit per room, and that any amount exceeding USD 15 would be charged separately. Since even a coffee on the breakfast menu exceeded USD 15, it is difficult to understand how this can genuinely be described as “breakfast included.” Furthermore, this policy was not clearly disclosed either on the hotel’s website or during the booking process. As a result, we felt misled. We paid extra for a breakfast package but ultimately left without having breakfast. When we raised this concern with the reception staff, we were simply told, “This is our policy.” No effort was made to provide a solution or address our dissatisfaction. The management team appeared indifferent and uninterested in resolving the issue. Considering today’s technology and guest expectations, access to a shared computer remains an important service for many travelers.

Good location, a nice view from the window, and a pleasant room.
However, the waiting time at reception was too long. The administrator was chatting with another guest about nothing important while we waited for 15 minutes. After a long trip, we were already tired, so I found that quite rude.

Really liked the location of it. No traffic at all times, close walk to the funko store and hollywood in general and close to the freeway. Really nice hotel too. Pool was heated so we were able to take advantage of it. Liked the valet service mostly.
Valet service a bit wonky. Sent a text for the car and they asked for my ticket number instead at the kiosk outside cause it was taking a bit. Valet finally responded to my text around 15 minutes later while I was on the road that they'll bring my car up front. Other times it was smoother tho.
