The location and the view from our room.
The maintenance on the room was bad. There were obvious things which needed repair and some just stupid things. My guess is the the housekeeping staff is not empowered or encouraged to report these items. Also there were some water stains on the floor. For a room cost of over $500- per night this isn't acceptable.
