We loved how accommodating they were right from the start. The hotel was very clean and other guests were very friendly. The location was ideally located next to plenty of nice places to eat.
The only thing we didn’t like was how expensive the food and drinks were in comparison to other establishments near by.

The shower was fantastic.
Well, the furniture was kinda torn up. Floors looked horrible. We had to move our own beds to plug them in so that we could use the outlets. The remote control for the mini-split had dead batteries. The mini-split made strange noises and the room did not get very cool. The bathroom sink was clogged and instead of waiting for my daughter in law to finish getting ready they decided to fix it then. I was promised that retrieving my vehicle was not going to be an issue since we were vending at an event and could not wait 20-30 mins because valet was the only option and we could not just retrieve our items from the vehicles. The morning that my daughter in law was held up due to the sink we were waiting for the keys she had and then it took an additional 30 mins. to retrieve my car! Room was not cleaned and when I asked for extra towels they dropped off bed linens!

The property was nice and clean that were friendly and a good customer service
Only thing I did not like about the hotel room. Was at the bathroom door has a barn style door, so I could not close all the way. So there wasn’t really much privacy.
