Dirty towels on bathroom sink upon check-in. Got moved to a clean room which was better. BUT I WAS CHARGED FOR BOTH ROOMS . THE ORiGINAL ROOM was PREPAID. WHEN QUESTIONED I was told my card would be credited as soon as I checked out. LIES....I WAS CHARGED AND THEN CHARGED A 3RD TIME THE NEXT DAY. This was a total of 3 room charges. Guest services said a supervisor would call me back within 2 hrs. LIES! Thank God my bank worked with me. I had to file a claim with my bank and prove the room had been paid for in advance. What a headache. PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR CHARGES. Also my sister had issues with valet charges on her bill. Watch these folks.

Breakfast was good, the room was really nice, overall everything was great.
The second night of our stay an alarm started going off around 3am. The phone in our room didn't work so I had to use my cellphone to call the front desk and alert them. I'm not sure the lady understood me because it took me a couple of tries to tell her there was an alarm on our floor. A couple times she said she couldn't speak to me about other guests and I had to reassure her that isn't what I was asking. She said she would send security and five minutes later the alarm went off. No follow up call or anything from the hotel, was more or less a "that sucks you got woke up at 3am but you'll be fine."
