It is a cute hotel with a nice lobby. We had a big room and lovely bathroom.
AM coffee was almost empty and no one really wanted to bother gettting more. Restaurant service was mediocre and the food prices are astronomical at breakfast. My bowl of oatmeal had a several dollar surcharge for milk. Horrible.

It was architecturally significant. The beds, the pool (wish we were able to have used it), the entire staff including valets, the food, shampoo/conditioner/body wash/soap, the vibe!
-Our only major complaint was that the day we wanted to swim, there was a 21+ pool party and one of our kids is under 21. I was happy that we were able to swim at Hotel Indigo, but was bummed since one of the reasons I chose this hotel was specifically for the beautiful pool area and we were all looking forward to that.
-2 minor complaints - The pillows could have been a little more substantial and no body lotion was provided. However the shampoo, conditioner, body wash and bar soap smelled divine!!!

The bed was comfortable, the shower has good pressure, the internet was fast, the staff was helpful and friendly, the location was excellent, just a bummer the valet parking at $70

It’s got old Hollywood vibes with a modern twist. Great location for walking to Crypto Arena, Convention Center and Peacock Theater and LA LIVE attractions. Staff are all friendly and the restaurants are excellent. Pool is beautiful too.
Our queen bed room was a bit tight. No room for even a sitting chair.

Wonderful
Love that you are so close to Crypto for our concert! Good vibes at hotel and we can walk to restaurants/bars then to Crypto.
The morning outside/street noise from our rooms woke us up.

Staffs were nice, everyone smile at you. Decoration is nice.
Old carpet (yuck), broken coffee machine, broken toilet (water leaks & so noisy I woke up), broken phone, parking is Valet only (expensive). There is open public parking next but its not hotel parking (not gated) and its until 10am next day. There were no explanation of this at the reception when i checked in. Bathroom door is barn door.. which means you can hear everything. No privacy.

The bed was a full sized matress in a queen bed frame. The matresss had an apparent dip in the middle which made it uncomfortable. When i messaged the hotel lobby through booking they assured me there were no full sized beds in the hotel despite that one clearly being one. I told them i had a queen bed at home and they said residental queen sized matresses were different??
