It had security and the staff were very friendly. The parking was also good and free
The bedsheets looked old and like used. The carpet was wet for unknown reasons. The smell of other rooms got into our room also.

Nespresso machine but had to ask for creamers; have to ask for ironing board and iron, spacious bathroom with great big towels; great shower, very helpful and friendly male front desk staff; gave recommendations on places to eat in K town.
Mattress too soft for me; nowhere to ait and eat food if ordering food delivery, would like a kettle in the room.

i will always love staying at this location! Staff is always so friendly and the location entry is on a non-busy street which i enjoy. Parking garage is also underground & the rooms are spacious! Its also on the same street as Koreatown Galleria which is like a 5 min drive (:

The front entrance of the hotel is very inviting and the parking structure is easy to spot and it’s free parking which is a bonus. The hotel room was nice and the bathroom was quite spacious. I liked that they had a fridge inside the room. Bed was very comfortable to sleep on and there were nice clean sheets. You can also pick up some ice and bring it to your hotel room.
There wasn’t much of a view, it was directly facing another building wall. But this was the last room available on the night and it was a last minute booking so can’t complain.

Access to the parking was good. The room was clean and well maintained. The staff at the front desk was very kind and welcoming.
I found the room to not live up to the expectations I had when reserving the "presidential suite". It was an ordinary room with a kitchenette, lacking the luxury feel I was expecting for the $700 I spent for only two nights (weekdays).
