David at the front desk was great. Super helpful and so friendly. Super comfortable and clean rooms. Convenient location
I wouldn’t walk by myself at night directly around the hotel. Once you walk towards little Osaka it’s totally fine, but right around the hotel I felt a little uncomfortable to be alone at night.

Not sure where to start. I got a room that was situated right on the highway. If I could open the window I would probably be able to touch the trucks passing by. You can imagine the noise levels of course. And if you get used to the traffic noise, you will have the very old air conditioning unit that sounds like a truck in your room. If you turned off the airco, you are left with the mini fridge that sounds about the same. Even if you get used to all that noise, you are left with a bed that sinks quite a bit and even I with my light weight could feel the springs.
I booked this hotel for 4 nights and left after 1 night.
That was my personal experience.
