Wonderful
The breakfast area had a variety of food to choose from. My kids loved the fresh pancakes
My bathroom was a little dirty. There was hair on the floor and shower. Not a lot but some long and short hair

We were in 201, a suite. It has large rooms. The location is good. There a seven eleven next door, McDonald just cross the street. It’s close to rental car offices in case you decide to rent a car. The breakfast was simple, but good enough for us. All we wanted were eggs and oatmeal and yogurt.
Our room is facing street, it was noisy. A pair of ear plugs would help.

Airport shuttle picked us up promptly. on our arrival and also at our departure the next day, the drivers were very skilled and careful navigating the LAX roadways. The checking was very smooth, and we were in our room within minutes of arrival. Temperature was perfect.
It was late when we arrived, and of course, you can't get food at LAX when you arrive, so we were hungry. The little shop within the hotel lobby was way overpriced. A bottle of water, a couple sticks of cheese and sausage and some peanuts ran us almost $30. We should have walked outside to the nearby 7Eleven.

Very friendly staff, excellent value for money. I liked that they had a little self-serve store below to grab the essentials — helpful when you are traveling and on the go. Good location with shuttles that run each hour. A great stay for a day long layover.

The Staff makes this stay an excellent from the front desk, to the shuttle drivers, to the breakfast room staff. The room is incredibly comfortable.

Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was probably the best breakfast I’ve had at any hotel I’ve stayed in. Absolutely love the check in and check out times! Location is convenient.
The pillows are my only complaint. The king room is stocked with 2 sets; you get a set of down pillows and a set of standard pillows neither of which provided enough support. They both smashed down to almost nothing.

Convenient to LAX, great views of planes coming in but nice and quiet. Good aircon. Excellent breakfast with lots of choices and great staff. Front desk staff were lovely. Close to a couple of restaurant choices and was able to walk to collect our rental car. Fast and efficient airport shuttle (but make sure you get the right Holiday Inn Express shuttle not the Holiday Inn shuttle - they are two different hotels!).
Nothing, this is an excellent place to stay.
