Very close to the airport. Breakfast was excellent. So far all IHG hotels have been great. Bed and pillows very comfortable.

Front desk Kelvin was the best. Very helpful and always have a smile for everyone. Breakfast was great. Very convenient airport shuttle. Free parking on-site in LA is a great bonus. Walking distance Persian restaurant Jino Pars is amazing.

Prior to booking this hotel, I called and spoke to the manager. I told them I’d be gone for 10 days and they said I could park there for free. When I arrive, they said I can only park for the one night before I left for free and they didn’t have any available parking so that left me stranded. I had to sit in the parking lot for over an hour trying to find a new hotel and parking.
Poor communication. There is no free parking. Do not stay here.

Very limited parking. If you plan on going out or check in late you have to make sure to get there early enough to get a parking spot. I was got there around 1am and was lucky enough to get the last spot. Obviously this is not a issue with the staff. The stay itself was nice.

Shuttle service was good, breakfast was good for the money. The staff were friendly and helpful.
We stayed at the hotel twice in three weeks. When we arrived, one of two elevators was broken. Three weeks later it was still broken! You need a minimum of two elevators for a hotel that big!
