Location was perfect for everything we needed to do in the Burbank/ Hollywood area. Close to the airport as well.
Our room was never cleaned and we were there for three nights. I requested towels from the front desk but ended up having to locate staff myself to get more towels.

The food itself was decent, its hotel food. The added security of needing your room card for everything was neat and did make the building feel safe despite the area. The room was quiet and I loved the AC control, the room would cool and heat so fast! Everything was 24hrs except the breakfast.
Keeping the milk for the cereal stocked would be nice especially if we asked for it twice but never got it. One of the elevators weren't working so there was a lot of delay between the main hall and getting to the room.

The hotel was clean, and the front desk was nice and helpful.
When I went to get breakfast in the morning, the man who was working that morning, I believe his name was Antonio ( not sure of his name), was so rude and hostile to an older gentleman who was in front of me getting his food from the covered trays. The worker got in between the older gentleman and me and was so aggressive and rude. The older gentleman was visibly upset and shaking. I did contact the front desk about the incident; no customer should ever be treated like that. Or an older person be talked to or disrespected like that. We all need to be kind to each other and be helpful

I really liked how clean everything was and the excellent quality of the towels and bed linens.
The staff forgot to provide a hair dryer in the room, and I really needed one.
