I was very pleased with the staff’s attitude and the overall quality of service. Everyone was professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. The hotel is cozy and comfortable, making it an excellent choice for a short trip. I also requested a hose in the restroom, and it was provided immediately, which I truly appreciated. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

The perfect stay! Everything from arrival to departure was perfect. The staff are friendly and attentive, and went over and above to assist. There is a lovely sauna and steamroom at the spa that is complementary to guests, and was lovely after a long day of travel.
The gym is nicely equipped and we could stay active on our holiday. The bed and bedding was amazing - and just felt luxurious

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay memorable: Mr Momobou and Ms Lilian at the reception desk: your kindness has been so appreciated and we loved our beautiful room so much. Mr David was so attentive and Mr Nick made our dinner at La Ola restaurant especially nice.
Having said this, we liked everything about this hotel: the lobby with the astonishing art works, the well-kept garden, the pool area and the great valet service. A heartfelt Thank you to everyone. We cannot wait to return!

The attentiveness & friendly manner of the front desk lady Jesenia , I requested a late checkout, I got an offer to upgrade our room with a late checkout which worked fantastic for us as our flight was late at night! So pleased with our stay!
