The View from the Bar and the cocktails.
No milk in room for coffees. Bad view from my balcony. No Dinner at night, only Breakfast and Lunch. Poor lighting in room.

This was a very nice hotel in the heart of Hollywood, while being just far enough from the Boulevard to not get the grittier side of Hollywood. There are several great restaurants within walking distance. We went to a club about half a mile away and walked. It felt fine. Room was comfortable. Big shower, and comfy bed.
Very high cost for valet parking, and no self park option. But that is LA.

Staff pleasant and location good.
Tiny rooms even with balcony. Food awful. No facilities apart from pool with bar and food service. Overpriced for the offering not luxurious

Fairly modern comfortable beds nice bathroom
First night after 11 hour flight hardly slept there was a beeping sound in the room found out it was the fridge so unplugged it but then had no fridge.coffee machine in room not working.Went to reception in morning they sent maintenance man up straight away replaced the coffee machine and was just going to remove the fridge not replace so i said just leave it unplugged .No apology or empathy from the front desk for losing the first nights sleep which i thought was poor.

My room was nice, i paid for hollywood sign view, but it was not from the main window, from a strange high window behind the bed.

- the location - the bed was ok
- staff very unprofessional, rough and unpleasant - every time we asked for something, no one could help us with our request (an umbrella as it was raining outside, an HDMI cable as there was not Netflix on the TV, bottles of water, and so on) - no in dinning room - rooftop closed - lack of amenities - tea bags but no kettle in the bedroom

Wonderful
We loved our stay at Dream Hollywood and wished we stayed longer than one night. The hotel is modern, bright, and clean, and the hotel staff created a welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious and clean, with modern facilities including a Nespresso coffee machine and walk in shower room. The location was also ideal and perfectly situated for us visiting the Warner Bros. Studio Tour and the Hollywood Sign. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

I liked the robotics that delivered my food and I enjoyed the scenic views from the rooftop
From start to finish the staff at Dream hotel are rude and unaccommodating. Prior to my arrival I got hung up on when I tried to contact concierge about my room. When arrived to the property they “upgraded” my room without my permission and placed me in a room with no fridge, no accent furniture, and no microwave. When I approached the evening concierge they tried to glamorize the adjustment stating it was a “larger room” and wouldn’t be able to help me until the NEXT DAY. The next day arrives and I packed up my belongings immediately at 6 AM. I have never in my life had to do that at a 4/5 star hotel. The only thing they did was give me food and bev credit for $60 and changed my room. Nothing more. I asked for a credit for the night they screwed up and I was told they had already rectified the issue. HUGE disappointment. Well folks, the food here is not good. The severed DO NOT wait on you at the roof top. Not to mention The highlight room club is closed. I will NEVER stay at this property again.
