Very clean, nice location to all things DTLA, comfy beds and amenities
Parking is horrendous, they force a $50 valet service per day on you, no self parking, staff could be more hospitable.

I liked the idea of $15 credit for breakfast. The Capiccino croissant was very good. Many hotels charge $100 /day for breakfast, and I love your system. Quality breakfast at a reasonable rate.
Wish there were a Microwave in the room.

There were extra charges like parking, parking tax, city tax, destination fee, convention and tourist tax, ended up paying more than $130 over the room price.
