great staff, nice cafe, huge room
the $150 per day hold for incidentals is really excessive! the hotel is in a terrible area if you aren’t going to an event at the arena.

Location is prime, so close to the arena and convention center. The credit at the food bar is great.
Low water pressure, weird room configuration, some of the usb plugs don’t really charge well (use direct wall plugs), strange print design on wall, towels are pretty flimsy, I had 3 people listed and I had to ask for sheets and blankets for pull out couch, thin blankets, and they don’t serve food after 9:30 even though the TV hotel guide and one of the signs say 10pm… sucks when your family is tired and hungry.

Parking is horrendous, they force a $50 valet service per day on you, no self parking, staff could be more hospitable.
