There was no smart TV in the room. I was looking forward to relaxing and watching Netflix but instead ended up doomscrolling all night.

please please please offer regular cow's milk for coffee - not that awful coffee mate loaded with chemicals
secondly, the sink in our room was separate from the shower/toilet so after washing my hands I had to tromp to the bathroom get a hand towel - also there was no place to put a wet hand towel - consider putting up a small towel ring in that room

Friendly, helpful staff, helped take luggage up the stairs to room as no elevator in the hotel. Very clean room and comfortable bed. Lovely foyer and courtyard, great location for Westwood and UCLA. TV in foyer for watching the world Cup!
Lack of cupboard space in room for clothing, barely sufficient for one person. No USB port in room or foyer for charging devices, had to go and buy adapter from Target. The sink was in the bedroom, not in the bathroom, which was inconvenient but not a big problem. The breakfast was a very limited choice and kept running out. The incidental hold was $100 per day which felt excessive and caused a cash flow problem for us

Nicely designed small lively hotel in a building with a soul. Good coffee and tea available at all times. Good neighborhood. I recommend when staying in LA
