What a wonderful place - the staff was extremely helpful and kind. The facilities were spotless, which we always appreciate. All around it was a great vacation and we would definitely stay here again. But - if we do, I will be sure to ask for a different room ... see below.
I should have said something about the room when we arrived. I feel we were placed in the saddest, dark room in the entire hotel. Tucked underneath a stairway in a corner. No light coming in from the front windows and the rear windows was a view of an alley - seriously - from the bedroom. Little light coming from there as well. I guess I was tired from the travel or else I would have asked for another room. Be aware - the Garden Suites are not in the main hotel, but are in an older building that you access from a tunnel. These rooms used to be an apartment complex and are not part of the main hotel overlooking the pool. I was unaware that my less expensive room was going to be in an adjoining building. I was frustrated by the room location for our entire stay. Sad.

Very nice hotel very clean with very nice staff. Secure unground parking. Rooms were spacious with a comfy bed and good shower. Good facilities in the room and the hot tub was really close to our room. Very good location
Parking was a bit expensive. The shower drain had a lot of hair in the grate and didn’t drain very well. You could hear the upstairs room talking using the shower and toilet

We got upgraded to a suite with a sitting area and full kitchen. The room was beautiful and so comfortable to sit and watch College football. Close to UCLA campus where our son goes to school. Very fairly priced! Will definitely stay again.

The gentleman checking me in was a bit rude and unprofessional, assumed that I cannot afford to stay at the hotel as I walked in, stated that they were fully booked and had no reservation for me. Even though I had already prepaid for my trip online prior to arrival weeks in advance.
