I liked the location of the hotel and how convenient it was to the ferry to get into San Francisco. I also enjoyed the assortment of food and beverages that they had in the lobby to purchase to bring up to your room. The beds were comfy but more on the firm side.
I didn't like how poor the customer service of the staff was. Also, the main turn-off from our visit was the cleanliness of the rooms. Both the sheets and the towels were dirty, which made the experience feel undesirable. We also had really loud neighbors when after we called the front desk for a noise complainant, I feel like the front desk never followed up with the loud neighbors because they continued to be loud while were trying to sleep at around midnight.

Comfy, spacious room. Clean property with great location.
No hot tub? Pool was in need of update and there were no towels stocked by the pool on our second day of the stay. The food in the bistro looked good, but what I was given for breakfast was barely edible.

We did not have time for the breakfast! The entire staff was super friendly. We did eat in the Bistro which offered healthy meals. The landscaping around the hotel is beautiful and the late winter vegetation is in bloom. The hotel was very clean and orderly.
We were in a disabled room. The space in the bathroom is appreciated but the design/aesthetics were a bit disappointing. The lighting was also disappointing. We did not have a wheelchair but the mirror was not accessible for someone who may have needed it.
