The Staff was very friendly and courteous. Check-in was very efficient and I wanted to compliment the young lady who checked us in on Friday afternoon. Nice location across the street from Larkspur Landing with the shops and restaurants. An added bonus was the Farmer's Market on Saturday.
Hallway noise was noticeable and lighting in the bathroom sink area was insufficient. It would also be a nice amenity to have a closeup mirror for applying makeup and for shaving. The new mirrors that have perimeter lighting would be a welcome addition.

Convenient location to public transport. helpful staff. Maria at the front desk solved the original issue of not finding my booking as Booking.com had made the booking under my first name instead of my surname...a bit of stress for me until Maria sorted it out.
The room doors are too noisy when opening and closing.

Great location. Many good restaurants are across the street and easy access to Highway 101.

The location is great, near a shopping center and the Ferry. The breakfast is very good
I messaged the property to have the sofa bed ready as I was arriving midnight, however it wasn’t done at arrival, they placed me in a floor with the carpets recently washed and was damp and humid, I did ask for a change and they gave it however very inconvenient to go through this at midnight after a long flight.
The hotel is not a full service hotel, they clean the rooms only every other day.
