I liked everything about the hotel. The only thing that was an issue for me is the fact that I was never told that I had to pay $22 dollars a day to park my car on their lot....I could see if I was not staying at the hotel, then I could see someone paying to park their car on the lot. But when you have to pay over $400 for 2 nights, I think it is a rip off.........this should have been told to me when he asked what kind of car I had......not a fan of telling anyone to stay there....
I told what I didn't like in the first half..

The decor.
I left some medicine in a lunch bag in the fridge. I called that day and said I could come back and pick up, but wanted to confirm they found the Rx. I called twice and no one would call me back. Third time I called and they said it was tossed!!!

The hotel is elegant. The decor is beautiful and the staff were all exceptional.
Our room faced the freeway so our view wasn’t the best.

Near place of work, which was awesome. Facilities were kept clean and in working order.
Charging for parking when already paying for a room. Traffic in area a bit cumbersome to navigate

Absolutely gorgeous hotel! Literally the best I've ever stayed at. The bed was so comfortable it was hard to leave lol

Wonderful
- Stayed at the Ayres for a World Cup match, and in terms of being close to LAX, as well as Sofi, this hotel is in a great location for that.
- It’s within a 15-20 minute walk to Erewhon and some other grocery stores and restaurants.
- The property itself was very nice, very unique look for Los Angeles.
- If your goal is to be on/at Manhattan Beach, you’re not doing so without walking an hour, meaning you’re either ubering, driving or taking public transit down the street. So the location is limited in that regard.
- Water Pressure could have been better
