Conveniently located very close to the Amtrak station. Room was good. Clean and roomy. Breakfast was good.
The front desk service was not adequate. Had a dinner at the hotel but it was very very poor. Only five items on the menu.

Food is the only downside.... At the front desk, Princess was just terrifice. She was responsive, kind, caring, and did all she could, and it was substantial, to make me happy. The property is fine, and my Queen Suite (an upgrade), was surprisingly
comfortable and unexpectedly impressive.
See my comment above. I would have been thrilled with a wonderful restaurant (and I mean wonderful), masquerading as a simple coffee shop. Really fine, but simple, fare -- burgers, fries, lots of simple served breakfast choices, etc.

The room was well-maintained, immaculate, and thoughtfully furnished, creating a comfortable atmosphere in room. Additionally, the breakfast offered a delicious variety of options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

The free breakfast was excellent, one of the best. They also have laundry facilities that were very nice. The rooms are clean and updated. It is close to to a food court and the train station.

Rooms, lobby and entire facility were very updated, clean and nice. The location with Amtrak was key.

I was only there the night before everybody had a reservation. So I had to go after lugging all the way down to the hallway
That is a lot of rooms to be put out on a Sunday before the party I think they discriminated because my friend is handicapped

I liked the fact that the room was very clean, had a microwave, fridge, and coffeemaker. The Free Breakfast was good, lot's to choose from and more than most of the other hotels offer.
The hotel is well located, close to the freeway and Oakland airport. Convenient
