It was nice-not great. Just nice
All the restrictions, the customer service was horrible. I called down to the front desk and the guy hung up in my face so l had to go downstairs to speak with him just for him to see in the system he was inaccurate about the information given. Not only that they charged me for the first night when l already paid upfront through this site!

Room is clean and good size. Breakfast is ok and enough options.
Staff in the reception wasn’t enthusiastic in helping with our minor request. She wasn’t even making eye contact and not pleasant. Very disappointing as she is in the front desk.
