On top of no internet for our 3 day stay, we had no hot water the last day. This is a hotel that is barely klinging to 3 stars. Very unsatisfactory stay

So So Breakfast, No free coffee. must choose between coffee, tea or juice. Standard made to order American breakfast where you choose 1 type of meat, 1 type of eggs, toast and potatoes or none.
$9 bottles of water, and no complimentary water.

We had no internet for our entire 3 night stay. We needed inet for work, so this made our entire stay inconvenient. No robes, no glasses in the room. Very basic

The location was great. Stores were close by and lots of food options. The rooms were quite and clean and we had a room facing the bay bridge which was beautiful at sunset.

I don't like the visitors $25 a day, that's ridiculous. I understand the smoking so I have no complaints about that. But the the parking issue, my guess that I sell for our book for 2 guests. I have to pay 25 extra dollars. A day for parking that's really unfair

A nice hotel with a good sized room and great view overlooking the bay. The room was clean and had a smart TV. Breakfast was nice and the staff were friendly and helpful when we arrived early and wanted to store our bags at the end. There is a free local bus that runs to the nearby BART station with a stop near the hotel.

highway infront of 'bay-view', pool only 3ft. deep for tall people barely swimable but ok, not receiving an invoice after inquiring 6 times is unacceptable for business trips
