All the staff was very helpful, very courteous.\n Always want to help with a smile and integrity. I\n Love the conversations with each staff. They want to engage with their guests.
I don't like the visitors $25 a day, that's ridiculous. I understand the smoking so I have no complaints about that. But the the parking issue, my guess that I sell for our book for 2 guests. I have to pay 25 extra dollars. A day for parking that's really unfair

Wonderful
A nice hotel with a good sized room and great view overlooking the bay. The room was clean and had a smart TV. Breakfast was nice and the staff were friendly and helpful when we arrived early and wanted to store our bags at the end. There is a free local bus that runs to the nearby BART station with a stop near the hotel.

highway infront of 'bay-view', pool only 3ft. deep for tall people barely swimable but ok, not receiving an invoice after inquiring 6 times is unacceptable for business trips

I paid a bit extra for the bay view hoping to get a beautiful night view. But because of how the room window is small that sits at a higher level, and extend a bit out not being able to get a night view i had hope for. Also, the elevators were old, made noises when running, and smells weed

Location was perfect for our trip. Stores and shops at walking distance. The view of the bay from our room was beautiful.
There is “self parking” but there is a daily fee for guest. I believe $25 vs their posted $30 at gate. This should be made a little more clear when booking. Free parking would’ve gotten them a higher rating.
