Convenient for an early departure from LAX. The pool is good and breakfast is the usual American hotel breakfast — adequate, nothing more.
This is a hotel, not a motel, and it charges hotel rates: €154 for one night, plus around $25 on top for parking. At that price point, parking should simply be included — and the rest of the product should hold up to a proper mid-range hotel standard. It doesn't.
The rooms look fine at a glance. Look properly and you see the shortcuts: marks on the walls, finishing work done halfway, corners nobody bothered with, maintenance that's clearly been deferred. Individually these are small things. Together they tell you that somebody is cutting costs and nobody is checking. That runs through the whole stay.

Front desk blamed housekeeping and made us wait 2hrs for a room in lobby but all should be blamed if they knew they were booked they should have declined late checkouts
