The ubication was great, I went to KCON and it was close like 20 min, it was perfect and also the room was really modern and clean, I enjoy my stay. We also ordered breakfast, and everything was very delicious; the waiter who served us was very kind and attentive.
The Wifi was really slow and I had to use y móvil data all the time , they don’t have another wifi red

The hotel is in a great location with easy access to the freeways and airport, which is only 10 minutes away. It's also within walking distance to Westfield Shopping Mall with plenty of shops and places to eat. The pool area was quiet and restful with a shaded area to relax in if it's too hot, and at $27 per night for parking it was a big saving compared to some other hotels in LA. Would definitely recommend!

The bed is comfy, the swimming pool and breakfast are great, and so are the bar and restauramt staff.
The staff from reservations and front desk (with some exception) does not pay attention to what we request, their head is on the moon, I had issues since requesting early check in, till requesting late check out, and once booking late check out, my room cards were deactivated after 10am, and I got stuck in the pool area because of that. Had to call several times the Hotel to try to find someone to let me in. Their call center is a scam, you won't get ANY help from them, and you will feel useless. I would not book again this Hotel because the communication there is awful. The location is not great either for tourism.
