The main lobby was clean and inviting, the continental breakfast was a nice feature . The handy little store was a great suggestion.
1. the surrounding parking was very uncomfortable.
No security guards on the premises, with homeless people on the premises.
2. There was only one Entrance and Exit door way, in to the premises and we had to park around back of the premises. The staff at the counter didn't go into details about the parking conditions .
3.the door to the bathroom was a bit of an inconvenience, it was big, but when opened it blocked our main doorway, into the room.
But all in all it would be nice to see a Security guard ♂️ on the premises, to ease the tension.

Breakfast was pretty ok and the staff was nice for the most part and the price was fair.
There was a bunch of ants crawling on the counter, wall and ceiling in my room. Like a bunch. I was switched to another room and saw a few ants there too then was told that the facility was booked so I couldn’t be switched again. Besides the ants, it was ok. The location is out the way. You’ll have to uber everywhere. My water didn’t get hot. Maintenance came and fixed it.
