The hotel is quite comfortable and affordable for the area, in our experience quiet area and pretty easy to get around
We had to keep requesting extra towels every day, as they would take them and just leave 2, when it was 3 of us in the room. The breakfast could be a bit more varied, but overall good

I was very disappointed with my stay at your hotel.
I was unable to have breakfast, and there was no electricity in my room from the morning. While I was sleeping, someone knocked on my door and woke me up. Because there was no electricity, I was also unable to take a shower in the morning.
On top of that, some of the staff were very rude and unprofessional when dealing with me. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience.
After this experience, I am honestly not sure if I would stay at your hotel again in the future. I hope you will take my concerns seriously and address these issues.

I liked how there was AC in the room, which made it cooler.
I had to call multiple times (about 3 to 4 times) to check if my room was ready. When it was time to check-in, my room was still not ready which made it frustrating, especially because it was hot in the hotel.

Not clean, old property. None of the fitness equipment worked, all the rooms had a stench to it. Great location but needs a lot of renovation

Everytime I left the room, I had to have maintenance or hotel staff to open door...they said it was the battery or something, very annoying, then they had the power outage on the 28th one of the hottest days..from 10 to 3.

Disappointing
While I was leaving, the breakfast smelled really good and it seemed to be a lot of hotel guest enjoying. I didn’t stay to eat because I needed to get on the road.
The rooms are extremely outdated. The couch needs to be discarded, the sheet on the bed had a stain. The bathroom toilet and tub were horrible. It’s time to upgrade the rooms. The elevator had a foul smell.
