The staff is not really helpful and friendly. Never reply message or phone call even they are not busy there.
We kept calling from airport to check about shuttle service coz we arrived quite late but never get answer.
Location closed to airport so it was easy for short connecting flight.

I HATED the HUGE charge to park. Most ridiculous charge EVER!!! And no warning of this stupid LARGE charge! I will not be staying there again! Ever! I will look for any place without this fee. *Ridiculous! Yes, I can afford it, but dont like scams

Front desk attendant wasn't very kind and didn't not provide us information on any aspect of our stay. She simply just asked if we wanted to join Hilton Honors. She didn't provide information on free wifi for members or any perks associated. She didn't tell us where to find the elevator or our room or how to pay for parking on our way out. The only thing she said was parking is $35 plus tax, and asked for the card on file. We came across the attendant who cleans rooms, no smile or greeting from them either, even when we said hello in passing. Our room was not equipment with toiletries - the shampoo and conditioner were both empty and the body gel was nearly gone. There was black mold and discolored spots all over the ceiling above the bathtub - which makes sense considering there was no fan system in the bathroom to clear moisture. We were also under the impression that parking was included in the overnight stay and it was not - that is $35+ taxes. We will not be returning to Hampton Inn properties moving forward.

Elevator broken before my stay and not scheduled to be fixed until after my stay. Black out curtains wouldn’t close and lights from out side lighted my room. The heater control in the room didn’t work and it was chilly in the morning. Bathroom light was on automatic switch and when it came on it stayed on long after you left the bathroom giving to much light to watch TV and the TV did not have a program guide! Oh and it sounded like I was on the run way with planes taking off and landing. I have stayed at both the Westin and Aloft and didn’t have that much noise!

Got room key that wouldn't open gate to leave location for dinner. Had to go inside and have clerk open gate by hand. Very annoying. Plus, asian woman disappeared so had to wait for her return. No bell at desk.

HVAC was broken. The night desk attendant informed us he could move us, but they have been having issues with the HVAC for weeks and the new room was likely the same. He would not let us check a new room because he said it would be contaminated

Nothing. I canceled this over a month ago, within the 24 hour cancelation period and they still charged me. I'm still fighting them now to get me money back. The kicker is, they told me they'd refund me, then changed their minds. I have it in writing though. I'll continue to Persue this. But I'd never stay there based on this alone.
See above. They're not people of their word. Don't stay there, go to a LaQuinta instead

Proximity to the water and a seafood restaurant.
Proper complimentary breakfast (though I don’t eat breakfast).
Infrequent shuttle made up for by the suggestion to go across the street to the Marriott.
No self-serve wine or beer/soft drinks machine in lobby.
