Proximity to the water and a seafood restaurant.
Proper complimentary breakfast (though I don’t eat breakfast).
Infrequent shuttle made up for by the suggestion to go across the street to the Marriott.
No self-serve wine or beer/soft drinks machine in lobby.

Front desk lady was rude. Told us we didnt have a reservation and that we were at the wrong location. I told her we have reservations and it was through booking.com. it took her awhile to locate our reservation. Then she didnt tell us that we needed to declare that we have vehicles that are parked on the hotel premesis. We booked 3 rooms with two vehicles. The next day we checked out and the parking ticket said to have it stamped for free parking. We went to ask and the same lady said we didnt declare that we had vehicles so she will charge us $35 for each vehicle. I told her that we parked right at the front of the office last night to check in. How could we not have vehicles? It went on and on. I just said, "You can have $35 dollars" and just put it on the room. "I'm never coming back to this hotel!"

Breakfast was ok , 35.00 parking is absurd on top of the price of the room .., would not recommend . It's just about the money ...
Parking was expensive and should have come with the roo , airport is 3 miles away . Shuttle doesn't run for 8 hours in 930 am- 5:00 pm or so , which is absurd.

Near to SFO, Decent-sized rooms, the facility a little worn but serviceable. Meets Hampton Inn standards.
The advertised free airport shuttle service does not operate between about 9:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. They do not make this clear on their website. We waited more than an hour for a shuttle that never showed up. Perhaps they could reduce the room charge by the amount of the taxi service we had to pay? Also, no dining options within easy walking distance of the hotel.
