I have stayed at this hotel before. It is functional and clean. Its extremely convenient to the airport an they have convenient shuttle service to and from the airport.

Because it’s convenient and near the airport
The stuff are rude also the shuttle bus driver was rude never stop to pick people up at the stop sign for shuttle bus. He just pretend to stop and speed away. The other hotel shuttle bus came and noticed I was waiting for almost two hours and he was kind enough to take me in his route which is not the Crowne Plaza hotel shuttle.

Breakfast was good and location good too. Room was good.
The coffee machine was dirty.
No drinking water in the room.
No toothbrush,toothpaste and shaving kit.
The swimming pool water was very dirty. No chlorine.

Clean, comfortable and close to the airport
Breakfast that was meant to be included was only for two people despite us booking for four. When I spoke to the front desk, they weren’t helpful. There were also only 3 towels in our room, again, despite booking for 4 people.

Shuttle to the airport, although you need to be patience
I booked with breakfast included and they charge me for breakfast. Staff at front desk wasn't helpful.

I stayed about 12 days in a row under 3 reservations. On the third reservation they manually keyed a 72 dollar pre auth for parking which they charged under the original pre auth. This was pointless, and it has still not been released 3 days after checking out. - the only negative. - this was not authorized by me, and pointless for them to have done as it was never done before. - might not return

The free shuttle that ran late helped a lot because Lyft had ridiculous prices even at 12:30 am. Good location.
The first night we were in 1014 which is next to the elevators. We heard the elevators going all night from 1 am to when we woke. I requested a room change for night 2 and it was so much better.
