The hotel is good overall and the location is nice.
The shuttle bus to and from airport runs every 45 min. It takes about 30 minutes to get to hotel as it stops at various other hotels. The return only takes 10 minutes.

Free shuttle service begins before 5:00 a.m. which was an extra benefit. The room overlooked the bay and planes landing. The amenities were sufficient. The receptionist checked us in early. It was a reasonable hotel, and we’d return.
It really was a good stay overall, but there was a slight lingering odor in the room. Also, the noise from planes flying nearby kept me up a bit.

Greeted ok when I checked in but a short time later, after 3, I had occasional to be in the lobby again. The gal working at that time was terrific! Very caring, personable, willing to talk for a moment. I am sorry I did not get her name, as she deserves a “well done” by management.
Television was difficult to navigate, but not a game changer.

The view of arrivals and departures from SFO. Rooms with a view was so nice and enjoyable. Weather was nice for my stay too! Good breakfast! And thanks for the early check in!
The maintenance. Our bathroom door was in need of repair and kept falling open and then you’d hit it with the room door when entering. Felt u safe like that.
Also the fridge was not emptied from previous guests and reeked.

Location, view from hotel, a lot of variety of food for breakfast, and check-in process was less than five minutes
Breakfast dining area was small. We actually ate our breakfast out on the patio. Patio furnitures were stacked due to season. However, we had to set up the furnitures ourselves to enjoy our breakfast.

The temperature of the room was very chilly and it had a lock on thermostat. 68 degrees was too cold, the vents felt like the A/C was running.
