My King room was perfect. I like that this hotel is on the water and
6 minutes from the San Francisco airport. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful, especially Arielle. Next door is a dim sum restaurant which was tasty.

The hotel is good overall and the location is nice.
The shuttle bus to and from airport runs every 45 min. It takes about 30 minutes to get to hotel as it stops at various other hotels. The return only takes 10 minutes.

Free shuttle service begins before 5:00 a.m. which was an extra benefit. The room overlooked the bay and planes landing. The amenities were sufficient. The receptionist checked us in early. It was a reasonable hotel, and we’d return.
It really was a good stay overall, but there was a slight lingering odor in the room. Also, the noise from planes flying nearby kept me up a bit.

Was real good customer service. Nothing, my first room had ants but staff gave me another room. This is not something they could have prevented! Its more a plus side seeinf the solved it perfectly
