Plane spotting was our reason for choosing this hotel. Our room was not great for this but just outside was a bench which we made use of.

Privately owned hotel with lovely decor. Great location, pleasant outdoor patio area overlooking the bay. Very clean hotel & accommodation. Good hot buffet breakfast. Staff worked hard ensuring tables were kept clean and food trays refilled. Coffee & hot water 24/7 was excellent.
The dining area is quite small. Tables are quite close together, so manoeuvring around the table and chairs to get to the food & hot drinks can be a problem. Nice to see that guests were patient and understanding.

Great breakfast and the woman behind the desk was outstanding. Very cheery even though a co-worker had called in sick. This was my 5th stay at bay landing hotel. It's also nice to stroll along the waterfront watching the planes land.

I’ve stayed at Bay Landing every year for many many years now. After finding the bay landing hotel, I never wanted to go to a different one.
