Great location. Very comfortable room and helpful staff.
Fantastic Japanese restaurant a short walk away.
The shuttle bus stops running for hours in the middle of the day which was a bit of a nuisance as we had booked with that in mind.

We have stayed there before on layovers for international trips out of SFO. This visit worked perfectly: the shuttle picked us up, we were able to collapse and sleep well, and their shuttle delivered us to our gate the next morning. Stress free.
We were given our preferred room location, and it was quiet, as requested. We were able to enjoy the generous breakfast the next morning, before leaving for a long flight.
The only thing we noted was that the breakfast area was jam packed, even with constant turnover. It did not affect our experience, but I cringed for the apparent single server who was doing her best to serve everyone. And there were a lot of us, and the turnover didn't stop. (I think many of the guests may have been there for a wedding venue next door.) I would suggest providing more help for the overworked personnel at breakfast.

Great value property for those requiring easy access to SFFO airport. Rate included breakfast and airport shuttle was free. We had a spacious room overlooking the bay.
