The staff asked us to be quit and “use our inside voices m” while the kids were playing in the pool. I would’ve understood if it was late but it was right after we checked in around 3pm. WTF are we paying for? When we booked the room we paid over $250 a night

Wonderful
The hotel is in a very nice location and has a lovely heated pool. It was easy walking distance to coffee shop and good dining. Short distance from key locations like WB and Disney. Room was very clean and had nice decorations. I appreciated the Gilchrist & Soames bath products in the bathroom.
