Disappointing
Free food. Building was quiet.
Room was meh. I question why decorators do what they do. Gigantic credenza with storage for what exactly, but no table and chairs. Lounge chair was nice. More comfortable than the bed. But right in front of the a/c. Makes no sense. And why a comforter but no blanket? Basic cable TV. No local channels. Couldn't figure out the remote. Couldn't Cast from my phone.

The handicap Shower had no madding in the shower was very slippery, and when seated the water from the shower as you’re spraying yourself when all over the floor outside the curtain. It made me extremely uncomfortable and nervous.

Very nice comfortable and clean rooms. Super convenient location, literally just a couple minutes from the mall, restaurants, and short drive to Universal Studios without having to get on the freeway. It feels like an older neighborhood, but clean and quiet area. Felt totally safe to travel with just myself and my kids. Really enjoyed our stay here.
The breakfast is not really a continental breakfast, more like a couple muffins, packaged sweets, coffee and juice.

The property was clean, but it was not in a good area. Once I arrived at the hotel, had I not paid in advance and it wasn’t refundable, I would’ve left and found another hotel.
The room was clean however it was not updated, furnishings were old, the air conditioner did not properly cool the room and it was hot throughout the night, we wanted to call the front desk and complained or see if we could switch rooms, but the phone did not even have a cord to even connect to the wall. So if I needed something, I would’ve had to go back to the front office instead of call them.

Dusty, furniture is not maintain, faucets does not function. It seems faucet has not been used for years. The floor carpet stinks. Pillows are too soft being over used.
