Tony who checked us In was excellent.
The concierge lounge was awesome.
Comfortable beds.
Generous supply of bathroom towels.
Air conditioning in the room didn’t seem to cool the space well enough.

Super close to the airport, central location. Very easy to get around town. The room were nice,clean and very quiet. The food was great at the daily grill. We had both breakfast and dinner and both were delicious. There is also a shuttle that takes you to the airport so that was a nice touch. They do shuttles to universal studios but it does get full fast.
Can’t say anything negative.

We used to love eating at the bar and grill at the daily grille but staffing needs to be addressed. You had a convention or something going on not enough staff to help with drink or dinner orders. Staff did the best they could but you can see they were not happy either with staffing shortage.

This hotel stated that the provided hotel shittle to and from universal studios hollywood. And that we were to call 24hrs prior to reserve a shuttle. I called 2 days prior and the shuttle was full. 8 people. Only 2 shuttles. 8 and 9 am.
The second pool with hot tub was closed off to general patrons at 8 pm on a sat night to have a “private” movie showing for a group.

THe room was cleaned daily and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and room temperature was perfect. All staff I interacted with were welcoming and friendly. The restaurants were great with atmosphere, food, and service! I really appreciate having parking comped for the week!
The shower was noisy, but after a shower head replacement from maintenance it worked well. The shower liner seemed to no longer repel water so the floor often became soaked no matter how carefully curtains were tucked shut completely. The iron did not work very well, the steam function leaked badly. Also, a previous room occupant broke one of the outlets on the power strip behind the coffee maker.
