Bed was great, staff friendly and location in Burbank
The room was a little noisy. We were on the top floor corner (1920) and could hear occasional banging and people talking. A/C was either too cold or not cold enough.

Front desk had us confused about how parking payments worked. The glass elevators were extremely hot with filthy windows.

Disappointing
They charged me for 3 nights when I had already paid via Booking.com. And now after a WEEK, they still are taking 5 business days to clear the $530 from my credit card!!! This place is terrible. I left 5 messages to have a manager or supervisor to call me and finally made a 6th call and the supervisor I got on the phone just nonchalantly said oh look you’re already credited. NOT A SINGLE RETURN CALL WAS MADE BACK TO ME!!! Terrible hotel!

Location was close to airport…Southwest flight crews stay here! Airport shuttle! Nice room with everything I needed…didn’t spend much time in the room I was out & about!
Front desk staff were great!
I was very happy…but more drinks included in happy hour $5 pricing would be great!

Close to downtown. Fantastic view of the hills.
It was a hot day. Cool in the lobby and room but very warm in the hallways and elevator. The tv remote doesn't give a grid you can click on.
