Location in Burbank is absolutely great. Easy access by freeway and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Lots of available parking spaces on site, reasonable pricing. Lots of attractions nearby, Griffith Observatory, WB studios and universal studios are within a short drive from the hotel.
The hallways could use some maintenance. Peeling wallpapers, damaged paint, it could use some care. But not a huge issue to be honest.

The food and bar downstairs was great! The hotel cleaning staff was excellent as well.
The room we had at first had no hot water, but the hotel staff immediately looked into it and when it couldn't be fixed gave us a new room, it was better quality. They did a great job accommodating us.

A short drive from all the cool stuff and not a high price tag. The place is clean and staff is nice ! Definitely would recommend and come back.

Beds were very comfortable and the location was great.
Some staff weren’t the friendliest. Some were great. But yeah at least one encounter where it seems like you’re bothering them with basic questions.
