I liked the parking garage and walkability of the area. I like that they had 2 laundry rooms.
I couldn't figure out how to break my bills to use the coin operated washer and dryer.

the room didn't have enough drawers. and there was not cabinet. The open hanging area could do with some shelves.

The staff were so kind. I was lucky enough to get early check-in at 10am since it was slow. The area surrounding the hotel was very nice and felt safe as a solo traveler. I was able to walk to nearby restaurants and the freeway access was super close which was very useful.
Sure the room felt "outdated" but I didn't stay in the room other than to sleep. It was perfect. The bed was comfortable.

The staff are friendly and welcoming. They explain everything throughly and list all amenities. The hotel itself is in a nice location - close to a lot of attractions and landmarks. I like how there is a small strip in the back side of the hotel with lots of shops, restaurants, and a mall at the end. One of my favorite places to stay while in LA!

Location was perfect, i felt it was in the middle of everything. Not to far. Staff was amazing and hotel was cute. Beds were comfortable. Would stay and recommend this hotel.

Great staff. Wonderful location. Very clean. Free shuttle service to and from the hotel along with holding luggage.
Accommodation for late checkout was impossible. Lobby bar was always packed.

I liked the friendly staff, bartender and vibe of the place. It was close walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Bed was comfy, but room not super attractive. We also would have preferred a couch instead of a single chair. One person always has to lay on the bed.
It seemed pricey for the room. Bathroom toilet WAY too short and shower could have been nicer.

Very Poor
Nothing I was there for about 3 hours and decided to check out.
Smells like mold. Property and rooms are so outdated you will feel like you stepped in the 1960s when you walk through the lobby (rooms are even worse). The curtains look like they close- they don’t. So be ready for the parking lot lights to be on. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
