The location was great.
Our room and sheets smelled like they had been left in the wash too long, moldy smell. I asked for new towels, coffee and trash to be taken out in the morning around 9A. When we got back to the hotel late around 10P, nothing had been done. I had to call the front desk again for the same service I had requested 12 hours prior.

I love the area and the new Cafe.
Needs an upgrade and a better room inspector. Cafe very pricey and having to pay to park is wild.

The location was amazing. We spent the day at Universal and had a tour of Disney Studios the next day. The concierge at night was very friendly, and he helped us get our room really quickly. He was very welcoming a great conversationalist.

Great location for Universal Studios, felt safe & clean, and friendly staff.
The tv signal would say no signal from time to time so it was kind of annoying. There was no ventilation in the bathroom, no exhaust fan or window. The outlets on the desktop fixtures didnt work unless the lights were turned on and didnt hold the plug in very well. But minor and nothing that cant be fixed.
