The hotel is within walking distance to the mall and lots of shops. Burbank is a neat city and I felt relatively safe as a woman.
The beds were old and the staff did not feel very friendly.

Very convenient to Yard House and Flapper’s where we met friends from LA. It was nice to walk there Parking was secure and easy to access.
A bit older and I was surprised you could access the hotel from the street through the small door, instead of the lobby. It seemed a bit unsafe.

Location and parking was very nice space and well lit up.
Hotel room cleanliness was not done multiple times and days, even after requesting it. Also to request cleanup you had to let the front desk know and there always is a line since there is only one person at counter most of the time.

As it turns out, I had stayed here several times before, but it was a holiday and I believe.
The walls were paper thin and you could hear too much noise at night

Loved the location, a lot of places to eat close by and a mall near by you can also walk to
