Front desk staff lack basic customer service skills.
A smile, a warm welcome ‘nice to see you again’ etc.
Also pool area needs more loungers/umbrellas.

Hotel Burbank is an EXCELLENT hotel ! I cannot recommend it enough . My daughter and I just spent a week there and had the best time . The hotel is extremely clean , the rooms are a great size , beds and pillows are comfortable the staff is friendly having on-site laundry is a bonus and the airport shuttle is a great option to have.

Very clean and comfortable rooms, staff was very friendly and helpful, and location was great.
Not much we didn’t like, but would be nice to have a water fill station close to our floor.

The hotel was in a great location for my stay. It was clean and comfortable, and it didn't have any bad orders . I would recommend this hotel.
Although there was complimentary coffee. They did not offer complimentary breakfast.

There was a bait and switch on parking fees. I was told there was no fee and then when I got there I had to pay $25 a day for parking. I do not like it when a 3rd party or the actual hotel does a bait and switch.

Large room, very comfortable bed. Parking in the hotel's parking garage, but at an extra cost of $25 + tax. Fitness center + swimming pool in good condition. The area around the hotel is extremely nice and appaered safe, with nice restaurants in close walking distance. Also, very good food at the hotel's café and restaurant.
- No option to book a breakfast buffet. (However, the breakfast dishes at the hotel's café tasted so good, extremely good quality)
- Parking cost per night (seems to be standard, though, in and around L.A..)
- a bit far away from L.A. beaches (but not far away from Universal Studios)

The room was very clean. When we asked for more towels housekeeping delivered them quickly. We got to enjoy the pool which was slightly heated. The kids also liked the Koi garden. We also liked that they had chargers for EVs.
We wished they had continental breakfast but it wasn't a deal breaker.

Perfect location, clean, very friendly and helpful staff. All of the amenities we wanted and an amazing price. Food from the cafe/bar was good too.
To be clear this is a great value for the price, so I don’t expect a brand-new hotel. My only small quibble would be heating the pool even slightly would be excellent.

We had at least 1 meal a day there. Everything we had was excellent. My daughter especially liked the Avacado Toast, she had it every morning. For dinner the Mahi Mahi Tacos were excellent, the salads were very good. The burgers were delicious as well.
The hotel is centrally located in Burbank, right off of I 5. The prices were good & overall great stay at the hotel. Clean & comfortable beds. A nice secure covered parking garage. Great staff as well.
