Poor
Room was okay.
Hotel was very run down. Didn’t look like photos at all. Half of things in building were broken or didn’t work. Breakfast was the worst thing I’ve ever seen. Shower was broken (horrible water flow), outlets in room didn’t work well.
Was loud from outside. Neighbors seemed to be throwing a party at 2 am.
I think the disappointment comes from the expectation that this place is advertised as much nicer than it is and priced to be much nicer than it is.

Price was good at around $100.
1.) Noise outside and inside. Person upstairs yelling for an hour, someone playing with a ball upstairs for many hours. Concern reported to front desk who said they were busy. 2.) overpowering cleaning scent in room and the public areas. 3.) phone didn’t work. Nobody cared. There were no towels in room, so had to go get someone to bring towels. 4.) fridge wasn’t working, leaked all over the floor. 5.) when I reported the fridge and phone, the response was, “no problem…” Well I consider it a problem. They don’t care.

Disappointing
Accessibility, after getting off the BART, it took 10 minutes to get to the hotel using a bus/taxi
Cleanliness and quality of sheets, blankets, and towels. The sheets and blankets looked worn out, and the towels were too thin. Chairs in the lobby had sloppy cushions with worn-out and stained covers.

On offer: 3 pieces of bread, 2 bagels, old cereal, etc.
This was The Shining abd the Bates Motel all rolled up in one. Dark, old facility, zombie-like indifferent staff, completely empty huge facility except for the room next to us filled with 3-5 boisterous, drunk, drugged men shouting and banging furniture from 11pm until noon. Terrifying with little or no help from hotel staff. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Very nice room. Appreciated bar soap for the shower. Wish I'd had time to use the nice pool.
Breakfast was pretty meager compared with my La Quinta stays a few years ago. Admittedly I got to breakfast towards the end, but I was disappointed that there was no butter (until I asked) for waffles, no instructions for waffle maker, orange juice (the only choice) had run out. tables hadn't been wiped off between uses.

I loved the fresh water and coffee available all day long. Close to downtown areas. Safe parking available. Breakfast was available with different options. Oh best part, it was pet friendly, really appreciated that!
The people above our room was pacing back and forth all night. Luckily it was our last night staying there.
