Being not far from the Oakland Airport there was absolutely no sound from outside unless we opened the window. The shower was amazing, everything was clean, good size bathroom, the bed was comfortable! I highly recommend staying here.

Room was nice, clean, and comfortable. Seemed like a decent location, safe area. Breakfast was good, but a little basic.
Expensive. Charging for regular parking is ridiculous. They were doing some sort of maintenance, and it smelled terrible near the elevators.

They were remodeling so we had to go in through a back entrance. It made for a long walk with luggage to find the entry door. There was noise from construction. A car alarm went off at 2 pm waking us us due to fact that our room on 1st floor was right by the parking area.

Excellent breakfast. Secure location.
Hotel undergoing renovations. Parked in the back and unable to enter hotel. Luckily a guest notified front desk. Front desk to knock if they had to reenter. Wait to check-in with one desk attendant answering phone and checking guests. Requested quite room only to be given a room next to elevator. Had to move to another room.

The breakfast was good.
There were ants everywhere on floor in the bathroom. The window in our room was sickening, it was covered in feces. We kept the curtains closed the entire time. I enjoy looking out at the view, but this was RIDICULOUS!

Inside lock on door not working, baseboard in bathroom missing, no way in room or online to find the menu for the restaurant, no water in the room, $10 charge for 5 minute shuttle ride from car rental lot to hotel, another $10 for shuttle from hotel to airport. Expected more based on cost.
